Great Ski-in/ski-out location, delicious food, and friendly staff make for a fantastic hotel experience. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with breathtaking mountain views. The hotel also provides a comfortable ski room, with easy access to the slopes. The location is perfect, close to everything you need for a ski holiday.

The only downside is the lack of space in some of the rooms, which makes it a bit cramped for families with older children or groups. The hotel could benefit from a larger pool area.

During our recent stay at Mountain Hotel Mezdi, we were thoroughly impressed with the outstanding food and exceptional service. We have a family member with coeliac disease, and the hotel went above and beyond to cater to her gluten-free diet. The waitstaff, especially Daniel, made sure she had a wide variety of safe and delicious menu options. Even on gala nights, the chefs directed her to the gluten-free choices, which were excellent. The high quality of the food overall exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed every meal. Additionally, the hotel's location near the slopes was convenient, and the ski storage facilities were ample. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with the slopes just a stone's throw away. I enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the ski runs, making it easy to hit the slopes whenever I wanted. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly bar and restaurant staff to the attentive room service and housekeeping. I was impressed by the range of amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, heating, and spacious terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with a flat-screen TV and parquet floor adding to the modern and stylish ambiance. The spa and wellness center was a highlight, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi that provided the perfect way to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. The variety of treatments and facilities available, such as body wraps and beauty treatments, were a true indulgence. The sun terrace and seasonal outdoor pool were also delightful places to unwind and soak up the sun.

What a fantastic city break! The hotel was amazing. The facilities were incredible, but the standout feature was definitely the spa. We spent most of our time just relaxing in the wonderfully hot saunas. The location of the hotel was also ideal. We could easily walk to all the major attractions and the view from our room was stunning. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

The food was not up to par. While the breakfast buffet was decent, the dinner menu left much to be desired.

I recently stayed at Mountain Hotel Mezdi and had an amazing experience. The hotel exudes exuberance from the moment you walk through the main entrance. The staff, such as Alexandria at the bar and Paolo the waiter, provided exceptional service. The wellness center was perfect for unwinding after a day on the mountains, and I even treated myself to a lovely massage. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, with stunning mountain views from the balcony. The food was delicious, with a buffet in the evenings before the courses began. The location is also excellent, right in the middle of town.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and close to a fantastic sports shop. The staff were incredibly helpful and relaxed, making us feel right at home. The facilities and spa were top-notch, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We even convinced our friends to join us, and they loved it too. The highlight was definitely the pool with its stunning mountain views. We're already planning our next visit.
